What to include

If something is not working, please include the device you are using, whether you are playing on web, Android, or iOS, the approximate time the issue happened, and a short description of what you expected to happen.

Shared results and privacy requests

If your question is about a shared result, include the result link or short code. For privacy or data requests, tell us what you would like us to check, remove, or correct.

Purchases

If you contact us about a store purchase, do not send full payment-card details. Send the store platform, the purchase date, and the order reference shown by Apple or Google so we can identify the transaction safely.
