Satire, entertainment and neutrality
Downing Draft is a work of satire and entertainment. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or representative of any politician, political party, government body, or any other organisation. It does not promote any party or ideology and is intended to treat different political approaches even-handedly.
Real people and fictional attributes
The game references real, named individuals who have held or contested public office. All attributes, ratings, scores and outcomes associated with these individuals are fictional game mechanics created for play. They are not statements of fact and are not intended to assert anything about any real person's competence, character, conduct or record. Names are used for identification and commentary only.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the site, including attempting to disrupt it, scrape it at scale, reverse-engineer its scoring, or use it for any unlawful purpose.
No warranty
The site is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that it will be accurate, uninterrupted, or error-free.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of, or inability to use, the site.
